    Capital City FC introduces a new brand of soccer to the Capital Region of Upstate NY. We focus on developing players' technical and tactical skills to succeed at any level. We are a regional grassroots club catering to players who have outgrown their local clubs, lack a local club, or prefer not to commit to a "PREMIER CLUB" format. Providing a holistic approach to player growth and development.

Our Story

Capital City FC began with a passion for soccer and a vision to transform player development in the Capital Region. For too long, young athletes were forced to choose between their community roots and access to elite coaching and competition. Capital City FC was founded to change that by providing a pathway for top local talent to challenge themselves at higher levels, without compromising the relationships and support systems that shape them. 


Our unique grassroots approach focuses on individual growth over results, believing that resilience, skill and intelligence are the building blocks of excellence. We partner with local clubs to unite the region's most driven young female players in an environment where development takes priority over winning. 


Through a blend of gritty intelligence and high-level training, Capital City FC is redefining what it means to succeed in soccer and in life. Our commitment is to foster future generations of confident, competitive athletes equipped with the mental toughness and love of the game needed to showcase their talents on any stage.
